App update was required and when logging in after it asked me how I wanted to verify it was me, since I didn't have my password handy I chose email (the phone number is my husband's, and he's at work). I entered passcode from email, and it makes me enter my password anyway. Seriously, why? I dig out my password, enter it, and it sends me right back to the login page and I have to enter everything again. So ridiculous. Only gave a second star because once you actually get in it was easy to pay bill.

This app isn't compatible with my device??? Then why should I need an update to pay my bill??? It won't even allow me to sign in on your website. I guess you don't want me to pay you my bill.

This App still needs help, and there is supposed to be a place to leave feedback, but after you enter your comment, there is no save/send button, so I guess they don't really want feedback. I believe the app needs to allow you to respond to an outage alert, if your power is still on and Not out. This has happened to me a few times. And usually by the next day, my phantom outage is gone. I thought we all had smart meters that communicated with their system. Add this feature.
