The app has gone from a 1 to 4. It still logs me out more than I like but that is OK. My gripe now is with logging back in. It asks if you want to verify with password, email or text. If I choose text verification and have enabled biometrics, why ask also for the password? How much logging in do you want from me to pay a bill?! Lol! I don't remember that damn password, lol! Don't give me an option, I select it, and then you still choose for me.

It's a public utility app they don't update for a 2-year-old phone. Get BETTER! We PAY for this service.

App update was required and when logging in after it asked me how I wanted to verify it was me, since I didn't have my password handy I chose email (the phone number is my husband's, and he's at work). I entered passcode from email, and it makes me enter my password anyway. Seriously, why? I dig out my password, enter it, and it sends me right back to the login page and I have to enter everything again. So ridiculous. Only gave a second star because once you actually get in it was easy to pay bill.

Can't pay my bill now because it says my phone is no longer compatible with the app. It sucks!
