This glitch fixed by Cox so change 1 star to 5 because Cox paid attention. If they don't 4 U, FCC Complaint gets Cox Corp Mgt attention. Contour app (part of how I access what I pay for) lost screencast/Chromecast functionality last week, but fixed this week! If a TV/Internet/phone provider doesn't provide what you pay them for, file an FCC complaint. You need a Cox svc TICKET NUMBER. FCC contacts Cox Corporate requiring Cox respond within 30 days & explain what was done to resolve your issue.

The app keeps going in and out need to be fixed keeps crashing on tablet and phone please fix it people want to watch tv and fix the Internet speed too to slow, and it's nothing wrong with my devices it's cox

It's not a good app. Hardly ever works and has an extremely hard time loading up any live TV events.

I am not at home all the time, so It's kind of pointless if I can only view certain channels if I'm connected to my home Wi-Fi. If I have to log into the network app, then what's point of having the contour app on my phone.
