This glitch fixed by Cox so change 1 star to 5 because Cox paid attention. If they don't 4 U, FCC Complaint gets Cox Corp Mgt attention. Contour app (part of how I access what I pay for) lost screencast/Chromecast functionality last week, but fixed this week! If a TV/Internet/phone provider doesn't provide what you pay them for, file an FCC complaint. You need a Cox svc TICKET NUMBER. FCC contacts Cox Corporate requiring Cox respond within 30 days & explain what was done to resolve your issue.

App tells me I have to be on homw Wi-Fi to watch. I'm on home Wi-Fi and still won't let watch. What gives cox?

I am not at home all the time, so It's kind of pointless if I can only view certain channels if I'm connected to my home Wi-Fi. If I have to log into the network app, then what's point of having the contour app on my phone.

It's not a good app. Hardly ever works and has an extremely hard time loading up any live TV events.
