This app makes it very easy for me to manage my account. I use the call forwarding feature often, it helps me be away from my office but not disconnected.

The only reason I had this happen my phone is, so I could easily check and forward our business line. It worked great with no issues for doing that, and I'm sure it works great for the other stuff, however I've never needed anything else. They just took the ability to forward the phone lines off the app, and now it just sends you to the website. So I'm now deleting the app. There's no reason to take away usability and features that have been there the whole time.

Hate cox, hate this app, just can't wait to change my service. Don't know how they are still in business. I can't use the app without getting a notification to leave a review. When I finally click to leave one it refers me to their personal questionnaire, so I decided to leave my negative review where others can see it 😁
