Nice functionality, but has some bugs on Android. The biggest bug is that randomly the notifications turn themselves off on their own. Sometimes, the toggle switch will show it's turned off, but typically I have to toggle off then on to get it to work again. That doesn't always work though.

Not the best app out there. Very limited in terms of what customization one can do like when you need to set up call blocking. You need to do it on the web. Additionally, comcast will charge you if you request for a technician to check your internet issues if they think that it's your system that has the issue and not their system. How can you tell me that it's not your system that has the problem whereas my internet connection keeps of dropping from some of my equipment.

This app is useless for managing Voice in any way. From the menu bar there is NO Voice, NO My Phone, and NO Voicemail to select. The only choice I have is Phone. When I tap Phone, I see Service: Business Phone / Connected, then Support: View Support Tickets. That's it! And this is after I updated the app to v 5.16.5 from 12/9/25. How are you getting away with this?

Too many times have I needed to check voicemails and answer calls that the app doesn't work! It's very irritating when you pay to be able to do something for a business, and it works 20% of the time. Do better Comcast.
