Nice functionality, but has some bugs on Android. The biggest bug is that randomly the notifications turn themselves off on their own. Sometimes, the toggle switch will show it's turned off, but typically I have to toggle off then on to get it to work again. That doesn't always work though.

Too many times have I needed to check voicemails and answer calls that the app doesn't work! It's very irritating when you pay to be able to do something for a business, and it works 20% of the time. Do better Comcast.

I have to uninstall and reinstall this app every single week because it CONSTANTLY makes my calls suddenly come in to my personal cell # and stops giving me notifications that a call is coming from my work #, so I can't tell who's a client and whose spam. I just got a call last Friday from a client whose VM showed up in my personal #s visual voicemail. She confirmed she only has our office # to call. Every single week I have to do this as it's the ONLY SOLUTION their customer service gave.

Very buggy app. Slow to load voicemails and sometimes shows old voicemails as new. App sporadically changes home page back to main even though I have it set to My Phone. Doesn't offer texting like other voip providers, you have to use a 3rd party. They told me when I signed up that I could transfer calls from desk phone to mobile but has never worked, customer service was no help. This morning I got booted out of the app for no reason and can't log back in or make calls all day today.
