Vonage seems to be constantly improving to get the bugs worked out. I use it all day at work and my call quality overall is exceptional, and their support is amazing. A few calls do get dropped from time to time.

It is a really great software suite. I have it on my PC and phone and the seamless transition is perfect. The video calls are great for speaking to people face to face, but it doesn't have all the conference tools other dedicated video beingt software has. I think this software is essential for any office.

If your business relies on receiving calls while you’re out in the field, do not use Voyage Business expecting the mobile app to work. The app constantly disconnects from the phone and loses connectivity, causing calls to never ring or be missed entirely. Even with strong cellular or Wi-Fi service, it’s unreliable. A business phone app that can’t receive calls defeats the purpose. If you need dependable call delivery outside the office, look elsewhere. The Voyage app simply cannot be trusted.

Terrible experience calls didn't ring through repeated apology emails on a regular basis from voyage for their lack of service. Terrible customer service. Will tell anyone who will listen how bad this really is.
