You can easily and quickly create job quotes and invoices. As you create quotes or invoices for customers, those names and items are stored for later use so that you can quickly create new quotes or invoices with items that you entered previously without needing to type all the information again. Time is money, and this app will allow you save plenty of time.
Your customers will be very happy as well. Not only will they be able to receive quotes and invoices via email before you even leave the job site, but they will receive the quote/invoice in PDF format. The PDF will have your company contact information as well as the customers information. The file is similar to what you would see in many invoice applications.

Smart and Intuitive! This app is just whar I was looking for to technologically professionalize my customer quotes! It is simple and intuitive and lets me email my quote right from the customer's home at the time of the estimate. With the recent update I can now add a line item to subtract a discount too! This tool will definitely lead to more sales.

Simple & Easy You guys have built a great little app that is very simple to use. Anyone that needs to do up a quote should have it. Please could you add the ability to sign the quote. As it would be good if the customer and I could sign before emailing or just so contractor can sign off on the quote. I would be happy to pay more for this service. I'm using Samsung Galaxy note 10.1

Good program convenient to use. Once I got problem, for some reason on 22nd invoice emailed one come without total amount. In application and in PDF on phone exist amount, but on computer, emailed or moved from phone - missing. On next invoice no problem

I tried to get my old files, but I can't. I tried to send the quote and my customers don't receive the quote., I buy the app. But doesn't work.

Used this app for a few years now and it was pretty good. Except that if I
have to get a new phone, the backup doesn't work. It only saves the client
info on each quote or invoice. Everything else is gone. Backup is totally
worthless. This has been an issue for years now, and I'm fed up. I'm moving
to a cloud based app that also accepts online payments! And its totally
free other than payment fees which I will charge back to the customer.

Blank PDF I got an entire bid types up and when I go to view PDF it says there are 101 pages which there shouldn't be, and it's blank.
