Works great! Tons of programming options! *Dip switch programming w/ CP5 is faster than the ASWC junk auto that don't recognize half of the applications. *Programming Long/Short press from the app kicks a$$. *I can pull up an application and wiring and email it straight from the app to my tech out on the field. I can go on. *CAN be built in. Tons of other features. Additional review to come. GREAT JOB PAC!

Very professional I don't own a PAC steering wheel control interface so can't comment on the apps' ability to control it. However, I had no problem viewing installation diagrams, button mapping and vehicle details using this app. Didn't crash or hang and everything was well rendered. Would definitely choose PAC when I upgrade my stock head unit later this year.

Works great on my pixel, but my new tab s7 the app just flat out doesn't do anything. PAC, you need to update this app for newer versions of Android, as of now it's completely broken for tablets, which is what we use for installations in my bay.

The app is useless. It says it was designed for an older version of Android immediately upon opening it.

I was sold this for my 2012 Ford fiesta at Best Buy and refuse to pay the installation when it should be as easy as it says online. I took my time and still no steering controls. I had to cut a wire from the screen, so it makes me nervous. The screen and all still work, so I had to have it right. It's not programming easy like it says. They also sold me a harness with an access and Swc harness. Why do I need both ? So confused. Bout done with it.

App doesn't recognize that the SWI-CP5 is connected even though the CP5 beeps when cable is plugged into the tablet. I can program the SWI using a Windows PC so issue is not cables or hardware, just miss-behaved app.
