Problem was solved by contacting GM customer support. Also, the directions to set it up were badly written, so it's no wonder it is hard to set up. Oh, and connected via Wi-Fi takes way longer than it should. I almost gave up. While I'm not completely satisfied, it does what I want it to do

Terrible system. Had to replace twice. Wound up getting completely refunded. Problem was Wi-Fi on camera kept going out making app on phone useless for video retrieval. Gave 5 stars, so this post could be seen.

Application is garbage. Dashcam installed in my truck is garbage. Getting anyone with at least a reasonable sense of knowledge to assist is also garbage. Between the purchase of the dashcam and installation cost worse 500 dollars I've spent ever. Lesson learned.

You can do your basics, can't turn off rear camera security LED, difficult trying to connect to the cloud to upload video to the cloud. So you have to take micro SD Card or download direct to you phone. App doesn't have landscape view

Doesn't work. I've had my OPSIS Dash Cam installed since September. The app doesn't work. No recordings are being recorded. Customer Service is nonexistent. Wasted money on the Dash Camera and paying Randy Marion Cadillac dealership $250 for installation. The technicians direct me back to the app for FAQs. The app won't even open. OPSIS App is TRASH.

I purchased a dash camera, in September, I had it dealer installed. I have yet to be able to watch a video. It doesn't work. I just get the runaround. Quit finger pointing and replace my camera. It takes hours to even get ahold of a technician. Please help me.
