★★★★★ Issue with app found. Technician had to force comm box firmware update. App works great. Connected. Monitoring solar production, grid usage and home consumption. If the App fails to connect, technician may have to update the communications panel firmware. It worked for me.

★★☆☆☆ Not all change is progress, and this app is proof of that. In the six years I've had my solar panels. I had absolutely zero problems with the Sun Power app. Then this other company buys them out after their bankruptcy, starts charging $100 a year for monitoring services that were free in the previous app, and to top things off, the app is buggy as hell. For example, why is it now that my relay box can't connect to my Wi-Fi connection when that never happened with the previous app? Do better!!!

★★☆☆☆ Total BS. NEVER HAD to pay subscription for our solar panel data--ever! Sun Strong now took over, demands $99 to access data we viewed as part of our Sun Power contract necessary to monitor solar panels to begin with. Sun Strong needs regulated, and I am contacting New York State Solar where we acquired our system. File a complaint: You can report potential fraud or deception to relevant agencies like the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or your state's Attorney General's Office. ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
