App says update, upon clicking update, it directs you to play store, yet on play store there's no update, just "uninstall and open option, so you click open, and the loop goes on and on, so the next thing to go and check the bill was to go web based, yet your website says" unable to fetch bill at this time" so how would I pay my bill? Or because of this It's free, or later on it will be disconnected due to issues that is beyond my control
