Worst internet provider making false advertisements. So I purchased a new connection and paid for the full year in advance and was told that if I take this plan there are no other charges that are to be paid. Then the person who came for installation starts asking for an ONT security deposit of Rs 6000 that is to be paid to a third party company not linked to TATA PLAY FIBER refundable upon cancelling the subscription. TATA refuses to be liable for this amount that is taken by its provider.

This has been a completely unacceptable experience. My internet has been down for almost 7 days, yet my plan has not been extended to compensate for the lost service. It's frustrating that no technician has visited or resolved the issue despite repeated delays. Paying for a month's service and losing an entire week due to your poor support is simply unfair. This is a pathetic and disappointing level of customer service. I expect my connection to be restored immediately and my plan to be extended
