Best internet provider in a town served by ATT, Xfinity and the cellular providers. I never. Lost service during Helene, even though my neighborhood was without power, telephone or cable services for over a week. I was able to use my television, internet and cell phone via wireless connection to Live Oak and a generator to power the devices. Live Oak is the best!

They changed our bill without consent. They stopped carrying a certain speed and raised the price but now have the audacity to offer a promo for that same speed cheaper than my first bill. They are charging me 119 for something they charge others 89 for and in the beginning I was paying 99 a month. Customer service sucks too.

ZERO STARS. This new update to the app is horrible. It erased everything I had stored in it. I had my whole family, phones, tvs, PlayStation, ect. It erased it all. I'm still logged in, but my name, email, phone number-gone. Even my Wi-Fi networks aren't showing up....this is a major screw up edit: also anything I press to "add" I have the pop-up of "there was a delay, please try again" THE NEW UPDATE ERASED EVERYTHING I HAD STORED. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP and live oak hasn't responded still
