Only a couple of the devices connected to my network are being shown. Not a single cell phone is being listed. Update: The app has stopped working entirely. I only get error messages now. This is one of the reasons we are switching providers.

Why do I need to set up a system first thing? Literally didn't even know there was an app. I just want to change my billing info. But cannot set up my system anyway bc the model I have isn't available, the QR code doesn't work, and it can't connect to my device through the app. When all i want to do is pay my pill.

The "Don't have a Login?" text on the login screen is completely unresponsive. There's no button or option to create my login credentials. The app is functionally useless without the ability to log in.

the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
