I can't fault this app at all, I have embarked on this training plan twice (once 10 years ago but let it slip), today I completed week 9 run 3. It can be challenging but never be defeated and try again. I used Laura as my coach as I did 10 years ago. If you're thinking of giving this app a go but are nervous about running, then go for it as you build up week by week, and you'll surprise yourself. I highly recommend the app and if my review inspires one person then it's completely worth it

I installed it after asking the "Ai helper" if it was calibrated to help those of us with limited mobility. It is not. So I cannot recommend it if you are in a wheelchair, use crutches or a stick and have limited mobility but want some help or company whilst you shuffle. Forgotten about again!

Timer doesn't work, says 60 seconds and lasts from somewhere from 70–90 seconds (yes it's inconsistent) how can you mess that up??? Also it's just straight up not for people who haven't exercised in a while (or people who exercise, but little like me), if it actually was anything good it wouldn't start with running on the first week at all

Multi app on the same screen have a few bugs. Resize the app reset the walk/run part. Same scenario, rotate the phone reset the full run
