Follow 12 informative weekly NHS guides to help you towards maintaining a balanced diet, and use the daily diary to monitor what you’re eating and keep to a recommended calorie target.
We’ll help you work out what a healthy weight is for you by using our in-app BMI calculator and help you set a healthy calorie target that’s right for you. Each weekly guide has actions, hints and tips for reaching your goal. To keep track of your progress you can log the food and calories you eat at each meal in the diary, and you can record your weight each week to monitor your weight-loss.

Nice diary app to keep a loose track of weight loss achievements, food consumption, and exercise. Limited to calorie info only and its food list is basic. Anything more is overkill for my needs.

There a lot of information and articles to help with weight loss, however I have used better calorie counters, you can only search for basic foods, you can not scan food items or search for specific brands and although you can add items yourself you can't build recipes

It demands a lot of time. You need to put in every meal, snack. It takes too much time just for eating

When I try adding food to diary, for example breakfast, I cannot choose the quantity really eat. Expamle milk. I can choose between only pre weight option such as 1 pint, half pint etc. and almonds, the fixed quantity is 13 gr par pi ortion, what if I hate 10 g of almonds and 10 gr of pistachio?
