This is a great app. I have been using it for 10 weeks. I have lost a steady 9lb it is easy to use with a lot of tips, recipes, and motivation to keep you on track. There are also links to activities like couch to 5k to keep activity levels.

There a lot of information and articles to help with weight loss, however I have used better calorie counters, you can only search for basic foods, you can not scan food items or search for specific brands and although you can add items yourself you can't build recipes

When I try adding food to diary, for example breakfast, I cannot choose the quantity really eat. Expamle milk. I can choose between only pre weight option such as 1 pint, half pint etc. and almonds, the fixed quantity is 13 gr par pi ortion, what if I hate 10 g of almonds and 10 gr of pistachio?

This app is just a fiddly way of counting calories and does nothing to prevent hunger. You can track your calorie intake more quickly and easily with a notebook and pen. It doesn't actually give you any useful suggestions for curbing your appetite. I am not afflicted with cravings or 'emotional eating', I simply have an appetite for the first time in my life since I became middle-aged. The GP recommended it, and I tried it for six weeks, but I was still hungry and gaining weight, so I deleted it.
