Good app but misleading at times. Overall this is a helpful app for making healthy choices when it comes to diet. However, it completely misses harmful artificial sweeteners (which are worse than sugar) and implies that Coke Zero and sugar-free fizzy drinks are nutritious choices when they are far from it. Overall a great app but I would expand on the traffic light system to include artificial sweeteners so better health choices can be made overall.

This app tells me how good or bad the products I buy are for me. It's really good. I can also see how much sugar, fat and salt are inmost products.

I've have just found this app, as I am diabetic and been told by my surgeon that if I don't get my sugar levels lower, he won't do my operation. This app is amazing...! Just point my phone at a food item, and I know exactly what's in it. Love it. Here's to my new hip.

Great app for checking food items for fat and sugar.

Doesn't recognize most of the food I've scanned, so really it's a waste of NHS money and just useless.

An interesting and potentially useful app that provides basic "Traffic Lights" for Sugar, Sat fat and Salt. However, Swaps advice ignores UPF completely, so is potentially harmful. The first two products I scanned were a "borderline" NOVA4 Shepherd's Pie (the one UPF being Yeast Extract) and a NOVA3 (UPF-free) Thai Green Chicken Curry. AI told me they were high-quality real foods, but this app suggested I should swap both of them for alternative products that were NOVA4 UPFs on multiple counts.

The scanner is rubbish. If you simply want to stay informed and see what ingredients are in a food, this app DOES NOT DO THIS. Instead, it offers "swaps" my friend has diet restrictions, I tried to use this to scan something and all it did was show a "swap" which was, I kid you not SUGAR CUBES. THIS APP IS RUBBISH.
