This app is part of the NHS app. I downloaded the app as I had cut back drastically on drinking alcohol brought about due to recent covid / flu episodes, during January and February this year when I was very ill. Alcoholic drink I took a dislike to and didn't want drinking to acerbate my illness. The app spured me on and now will probably not return to regular drinking. I broke the evenings drink habit the App is very easy to use, and helps, track your intake, and,progress

I think this is a good app and easy to use, the one adjustment I'd like to see is the inclusion of 3% beer in the daily calculator as I drink 330ml cans of beer quite often. At the moment it only gives an option if 4% beer, so you can't record the correct data.

Generally great and very helpful. I have been using it for several months to good effect. I would like to make a suggestion for a traffic light system of drinking and non-drinking days. Green is for not drinking, amber for drinking in moderation and red for drinking a lot and often. I feel this would help people reduce their drinking more proactively.

There's a bug relating to the date data as I've just signed up, but the app has given me all my "drink free" badges up to one year already, but obviously I've only just joined, so I shouldn't have any badges

Wanted an app where I could track how much money/ calories I could save by not drinking but this app is so inaccurate it's unreal. For example if I say my typical week involves drinking 12 pints of lager this app estimates that by not drinking I will have saved £23 for the week! That simply isn't right! I know prices vary from place to place, but there isn't anywhere you are getting a pint of lager for £1.90 ish these days. And if those stats are so off then it makes me question the other stats.

Although the app has been updated to allow more options re quantity and strength of alcohol it's still not quite right. Many low alcohol wines have less than 9% alcohol and the app does not cater for this. It should!

Worked OK for a while then it couldn't track my drink free days accurately, and it became pointless adding tracking data when the summary for progress was incorrect.

Bugs need fixing 1. Last week view - click on summary of week it shows this week. No way of seeing total units consumed last week. 2. progress for month shows that I consumed no units even though I have!
