Keeps me motivated to stick to my pledge. That's the point, isn't it? It's my pledge to me.

Just completed first week and managed 3 days w/o alcohol. Party down to app I think. I can't see the facility to track alcohol intake, though I filled in daily amount when setting up the app. Am I missing something, if not it would be great if this was added?

I think this is a good app and easy to use, the one adjustment I'd like to see is the inclusion of 3% beer in the daily calculator as I drink 330ml cans of beer quite often. At the moment it only gives an option if 4% beer, so you can't record the correct data.

This app is part of the NHS app. I downloaded the app as I had cut back drastically on drinking alcohol brought about due to recent covid / flu episodes, during January and February this year when I was very ill. Alcoholic drink I took a dislike to and didn't want drinking to acerbate my illness. The app spured me on and now will probably not return to regular drinking. I broke the evenings drink habit the App is very easy to use, and helps, track your intake, and, progress

Worked OK for a while then it couldn't track my drink free days accurately, and it became pointless adding tracking data when the summary for progress was incorrect.

This app is OK without being "memorable". It has helped though, and it's good to see a calendar showing progress and the days of abstinence. The notification stopped working after two days. Edit: One star down from three. Something not right here. It's telling me I've had 9 drinks free days in the week. It's also telling me that I've had 32 units in the last week; the amount logged is 10. I'm going to uninstall and hope it's been improved if I need it again. Nice idea though.

Since the latest update the symbols have changed, and it has ruined the progress section. Symbols previously were so easy to distinguish which days had gone really well and zero alcohol drank. Now the symbol has changed I can barely tell which days I was alcohol-free. I was really looking forward to sharing screenshots with friends and family after a good run, but now they won't even be able to tell if I can't. Bring the big stars back please 🥺

Wanted an app where I could track how much money/ calories I could save by not drinking but this app is so inaccurate it's unreal. For example if I say my typical week involves drinking 12 pints of lager this app estimates that by not drinking I will have saved £23 for the week! That simply isn't right! I know prices vary from place to place, but there isn't anywhere you are getting a pint of lager for £1.90 ish these days. And if those stats are so off then it makes me question the other stats.
