Just completed first week and managed 3 days w/o alcohol. Party down to app I think. I can't see the facility to track alcohol intake, though I filled in daily amount when setting up the app. Am I missing something, if not it would be great if this was added?

I think this is a good app and easy to use, the one adjustment I'd like to see is the inclusion of 3% beer in the daily calculator as I drink 330ml cans of beer quite often. At the moment it only gives an option if 4% beer, so you can't record the correct data.

Good app if you want to just reduce your alcohol intake rather than stop drinking completely. I just wish it would calculate your weekly units - it collects all the necessary information.

Wanted an app where I could track how much money/ calories I could save by not drinking but this app is so inaccurate it's unreal. For example if I say my typical week involves drinking 12 pints of lager this app estimates that by not drinking I will have saved £23 for the week! That simply isn't right! I know prices vary from place to place, but there isn't anywhere you are getting a pint of lager for £1.90 ish these days. And if those stats are so off then it makes me question the other stats.

Worked OK for a while then it couldn't track my drink free days accurately, and it became pointless adding tracking data when the summary for progress was incorrect.

I've been sober for 2 months, just got the app. It doesn't let me go back and count last month as sober. This means all my stats are off. I was also hoping it would inform me of the benefits my body would feel after each milestone sober (like the smoke stop app does) but it just tracks which is not particularly interesting for me. I can see how it could help serious addicts to have to input every day when you don't drink, but it's a little tedious for me personally

Bugs need fixing 1. Last week view - click on summary of week it shows this week. No way of seeing total units consumed last week. 2. progress for month shows that I consumed no units even though I have!
★★☆☆☆Mini Ellis· Jun 17, 2025
Although the app has been updated to allow more options re quantity and strength of alcohol it's still not quite right. Many low alcohol wines have less than 9% alcohol and the app does not cater for this. It should!
