★★★★★ I purchased the starter pack deal with the perks of 10k coins, gold and grocery bag (energy like to be able to start a level) 3x, the first one was deducted to my bank account, but I didn't receive any of the said starter pack, the 2nd succeeded then the 3rd one is like the 1st one. It didn't get through, haven't received the 1st one and 3rd starter pack.

★★★★★ Need to play a level just to earn gold and coins to purchase an upgrade. The upgrade on another venue is too much expensive. I think I might change to another game

★★★★★ Amazing Game... but insanely expensive if you want 3 stars on every level, which I like to aim for. Over 25+ restaurants, and you really need the autochef to have a chance at 3 stars, which would be okay, except some of the autochefs cost well over 200 gold, and they charge 9.99 for about 125 gold so, you do the math. I've spent about $100 on this game over the years, I love it, but I'm no where close to 3 stars on everything. Would be 5 stars if gold wasn't so dang expensive.

★★☆☆☆ I have made multiple purchases that don't get credited to my account. This game is way too hard to progress unless you spend money and there aren't any good rewards for high level playing. Tons of glitches, upgrades cost too much gold...so many things wrong with this game.

★★☆☆☆ I had given this game 5 stars. I had this game on a previous phone. When I downloaded it on my new device I lost all my progress and gold. However I really liked it, so I began building my progress again. I have spent hundreds of dollars on gold for this game. But every 5th purchase or so my items aren't delivered. Then when I go through Google play to get a refund they need to "review" my requests. Which holds the money in my account for longer.

★★☆☆☆ Although the game itself is fun to play, it is difficult to progress without gold which is not easy to come by in normal play. More frustrating however is that when you do buy gold with real currency, it doesn't always hit your game. And when you contact Customer service it is nearly impossible to get a response. So, I spent real money, didn't get the in game currency, and now cannot get customer care to respond in any way. Don't spend your actual money--- it isn't worth it
