It's fun and the storyline is cute, however the boosters are always selected - unlike similar games where you have to select them yourself - which is extremely annoying because I have lost several boosters from forgetting to unselect them. Also, the fireworks that go off when you win a level or unlock a new area/venue are very aggressive and strobe-like. They're very painful and make it difficult to play sometimes.

The ads and microtransactions are surprisingly tolerable (still makes things a little grinder when there could be more skill-based success), but the event notification spam like the Secret Menu walking you through what a battle pass is EVERY SINGLE TIME and making you click through THE WHOLE PASS is EXTREMELY annoying. Stop telling me about random stuff and let me play the game!!!

20 gems to get an extra 30 seconds?? It constantly makes you try to pay, but it's unreasonably expensive. They rigged the game to where you have to keep playing the same level until you get the most stars, but they really determine if you win because they set the stage. I loved this game as a kid, and I thought this version was cool, but it's way too expensive. I understand paying and getting a lot of items, but they make you have gems, keys, tokens, and you have to pay for each.

Always loved Diner Dash, but there is no free play you cannot move on until you have done what they want. Also, main point of game is restoring the Diner but can't do that without buying the crystals.
