I tried editing my previous post in which I had commented on the inability to filter searches for damage in the same way that you can do on the website, as well as the inability to save searches. I appreciate your answering back so quickly, and had tried to change my review, but somehow it got deleted. I'm changing my previous 3 star to 4, and will definitely change it to 5, once the filter is added. Thank you for telling me how to save my searches.

I've always wanted to buy at Cop art, so in 1 1/2 years did 7 cars. Was there enormous profit, No,was it easy to buy, Yes,was it enjoyable, Yes. No app designed this well is free, Copart isn't for people that don't want to put in work.

Very bad experiences! The first car I bought cop art says it has a minor accident with retail price of 12k and when I got it, I figured out that it had a huge accident and that the real carfax says 7k for retail value. The second car had a clean title, one owner and no secondary issues besides minor scratches...when I got the car, I couldn't drive it backwards. I called cop art and they totally denied my claim. On a top of that they delayed the title (I still didn't get thw title till today).

●STOLE $400 frm 1 Disabled Vet "ID verification" I've done many other times, SO, I deposited $400/for those perks. I Then tried for MONTHS/Prob +20x, 2verify! Sent numerous kinds of "approved documents" *Sent Voter Reg (5-10x dif ways) *Sent Passport *Bills *Trailer Reg, =ImcorreDenied! They would say "send it this way" or "make sure entire document is showing". I'd do exactly what was asked, Then SAME THING/Refused! I finally gave up & ended $400 "level, "refund issued", BUT $400 NEVER PUT !

SKIP!!!unless you want to call India to explain your problems every time and never call and actual local cop art. This is NOT the same auction service as I used 15yrs ago. They had me pay $99 to not be able to use the app at all to bid. Let alone join an auction. One person said I cannot bid in Wyoming without a broker to find out I'm 100% able to bid no broker required. App itself is buggy overall I don't write reviews often...this one pissed me off. I essentially had more "power" as a guest...
