I installed the Cop art Transportation app, and the initial registration process wasn’t very clear at first. However, once I figured out how to register and log in (which was the most challenging part), the app worked really well. I was able to schedule my lot pickup smoothly without any issues. Cop art, thank you for the app. You might consider improving the initial registration process to make it more user-friendly. Overall, my experience so far has been very positive. Thank you!

The drivers were great. But need another loader for just the little guys. Or maybe when the guys are loading the big rigs where they are hauling six cars at a time they stop and let the guys take pictures all the way around the car before they load it up blow the damn things up and let them walk around their own truck to take pictures, and then it would free up a little bit of time for everybody else to get loaded I sat there for an hour and a half to pick up one vehicle that was starting drive.

I've only been to the Gastonia yard and the one in Concord, within the last year or so... These operators are on the ball. The ladies inside are trying to keep the yard as free as possible. I like the fact that... Gone are the days of waiting an hour or more! Thank you!!!

We never get loaded until later in morning and loads are due that day and dispatch will only send one vehicle and expect you to haul one vehicle. My trucks sit while others haul. We have been there for 10 years while ones just hired get loaded and more money on zones.... Copart was a good company at the beginning when we started.times have changed, and we sit more than hauling. It truly needs different rules and company that have stuck it out with them should be treated better...I'm lost what to do

Appointments are useless in Indianapolis. Loaders accept bribes to load others ahead of you while you literally wait hours beyond your scheduled appointment time. What is the point of scheduling when they do as they please. They also all go to lunch at the same time for an hour. Indianapolis needs some adult supervision.

Why is this whole experience so confusing? I'm not a transporter or a towing company. I am a buyer trying to book an appointment to have my transporter pick up my vehicle that I bought. I have no idea how to do this in this app. It's asking me what kind of truck I have to pick up the vehicle I won at auction. Huh? I have my transporter coming to pick it up. How exactly am I supposed to do that? Furthermore, I used a broker to buy the vehicle. Why are there no options to schedule a pickup easily?

Terrible service on forklift they don't want to load up sideways or number 1 on truck when they have a big forklift to do it and cars weigh around 3500lb ridiculous
