With RyderDrive, we are revolutionizing the way we record and communicate the massive amounts of data that are shared between our drivers, location managers, Ryder hubs, customers, and regulating agencies every day. For the most part it works ok. Other times is a pain in the butt. It disassociates you from the truck while you are driving. At times, it does not allow you to show your arrival or departure for shippers or consignee...

Have to log out 3 different areas. Deletes trip number if you change trailer or truck. Lots of other issues.

Not DOT COMPLIANT. You can't see your current duty status hours, 11, 14, 60/70, or "time till break" clocks (like Keep Trucking and Big Roads do) when vehicle is moving. Just a black screen. 2. Can't edit typos in "remarks". 3. Hard to find add/drop trailer other driver/user options. 5. If you have "To Do" items you can't access your logs, HOS or GEOTAG areas. This is THEE most convoluted, confusing, unorganized multiuse ELD I've used since ELDs were introduced. Needs a separate logbook app!!

Locks up about once a week. I have to uninstall and reinstall it. It doesn't know what location is what. Sometimes it won't even load. After logging off duty, and logging out. It will put me back on duty. Oh, and it says I'm driving when I'm not even moving. I CAN'T EDIT DRIVE TIME. If I get a ticket because I'm out of drive time, Because I was getting fuel for example, I promise you there will be trouble!
