Been with Maven almost 4 years great service, if I did have an issue I was always able to get a rep on the phone to help. Very driver friendly and easy to use I would recommend anyone that is looking for an ELD to use Maven.

Saves every inspection report on Samsung phones, after a while the app severely slows down or hangs when you visit that screen. Requires regular clearing of data/cache to regain full functionality. Otherwise, everything works as intended!

So far not a reliable system won't let you change Duty statuses have to actually shut the tablet down to log off needs some work.

There is a messaging feature that anyone is free to spam non-stop constantly making noise that you can't turn off or opt out of. Also, it doesn't detect the truck is in motion half the time.

I have a tablet in my truck with the app installed, and it works just fine. I also have the app on my phone, and it's always showing a bunch of old trips, all out of order, which makes it hard to find my new trips. Today I cleared the app data and all the old trips disappeared, but so did my new trips. I don't know why it doesn't work just like the app on the tablet in my truck. Frustrating.

BEWARE THAT THIS APP WILL GET YOU INTO TROUBLE WITH DOT! I am constantly having to reenter the shipping numbers into the "forms" portion of the ELD because for some reason, the numbers disappear. If you get pulled into the scales and those shipping numbers are not there, that is a violation.

Maven on the phone give "motion" warning when you are at home or office and not in truck, and you are not registered to truck that you were yesterday. Maven doesn't recognize that your not in truck and not in motion. It still considers you part of the truck passenger. There is a glitch in the software?
