U-41: Unstable app with poor designed User Interface. App MUST be redesigned from ground up to meet drivers needs in more efficient way than current version does. Developers are not too familiar with end-users (drivers) workflow. Time what drivers spend looking on the tablet and pressing the screen is too long that drivers are in the risk to make accidents on the road so easy. Safety is on the line. Real app testing was never done on the road in rush hours with customers in the car.

For the most part, I have no problem with the app. It's responsive, fairly intuitive, and I don't often have to reboot the tablet due to software issues on the road. However, I've knocked 3-stars off for the mapping and navigation; streets are missing, it finds weird ways to places, it sometimes tries to loop back on itself, and today it tried to bring me to a spot two city blocks away from the destination. The company either needs to stay on top of mapping, or completely switch to Google Maps

Crashes too much. Will not work in splitmscreen mode, can't use splitmscreen to put information on the call sheet. Crashes when rotating screen. Your in the middle of a fare and it stops working losing your fare and money. Come on guys this needs to be more driver friendly.
