Easy to use, great way to see Copenhagen. I was able to buy 2 cards and transfer one to friend. Not connected to Google Pay so have your credit card ready. Tip - to use card for first time, click "use CPH card" and then "my cards - activate" from drop down menu. Its text not a button so easy to overlook.

Easy to use, can save you significant money over the course of a visit (if you get up early and stay moving). Access to trains and busses around the city is incredible. Suggest you also install the Rejseplanen transportation app for navigation. Great experience. Calling the admissions "free" is relative. We figured that at 7 attractions over 4 days we broke even. Took trains, buses and even boats everywhere.

Have downloaded the app twice and each time I can not get past the privacy statement, it is not giving me the option to accept so can go no further. Very disappointed as going to Copenhagen soon and am I planning to use the card. The app would have been helpful 😕

The app works fine. But the problem is attractions' availability. We had 24 hours Discovery card since came via cruise ship. We planned 4 attractions, but one was sold out and canal boat is cancelled at last minute. So in overall, you will not save but overpay.

You can not book almost anything online using your city card. You need to go to ticket office, stand in the long line, and buy your ticket, and only for the same day, you can not buy for tomorrow. And then wait for it, because it will not be right now. They do not have any support line or online chat which you can call or text and solve your problem quickly. And their e-mail is not helpful at all. My event was canceled 2 days in a row out of 3 days card validity, and I was not informed about it.
