★★★★★ Purchased this app with W. Europe maps about three years ago but the latest up date will not load the W.Europe maps. The app wants to load them to internal memory and there is not the room. Before the update you could select SD card memory from within the app to load the maps, I have plenty of room on my card. I tried a newer versions of the app and if I go to buy maps hey presto I can select the memory card. Seems I am being forced by CoPilot to buy maps I have already paid for. Have put a ticket support request on the website hope they reply soon! Would love to hear from you CoPilot see there is already a similar complaint on here not dealt with effectivly. UPDATE 12/02/2018 contact by the support team by e-mail with a solution During the update some maps had been loaded to internal memory, the solution was to delete the maps from the phone via the Co-Pilot app this would then enable the memory card storage option to be accessed and the large Europe maps file could then be loaded, thank you copilot team. Very frustrating experience not to have your app as I have found it very very good in the three years of European travels.

★★★★★ Very good navigation app, I use it for car and motorscooter, both works good. It would be nice if they bring it to Wear OS

★★☆☆☆ My wife and I have used this for many many years. Originally as an AA badged App and it has been great. However the last update Feb 2018 is TERRIBLE!. Not only have I lost all my favourites and recent locations - which is a real problem as I am also a Community Bus Driver but also It now tries to direct me down no through roads and then makes me turn around to continue my journey for no good reason. I am not sure that I can trust it anymore. PLEASE FIX THE ISSUES AND HELP ME GET MY FAVOURITES AND RECENT LOCATIONS BACK.

★★☆☆☆ Hopeless online search option , what a complete + total waste of time Yelp is . I can only assume Copilot got paid generously by Yelp to ditch Google because there is no other reason anyone would use it . Also removing the excellent drag+ drop route option was a big mistake , this was one of the main reasons Co pilot was so much better than the competition ; and your claim that you can tap on the road you want to go via + then choose to "route through here" is hopeless , most times it just diverts you from the original route to the road you choose and then back onto the original route in a completely illogical way . Please bring back drag+ drop !!!

★★☆☆☆ Was a great App. Used it for a few years. Now it wants to update the maps every time it starts up. Download speed is like dial up. Western Europe map took over 3 hours to download while no one else used the internet. Twice! It got to the end and then restarted the down load. Sorry but unless this is fixed I will not use again. I was going to buy the USA maps as I'm going in a few months there. Not now. I'll stick to Waze or Google maps.
