61 properties/projects, all over east. I can't wait for it to get more popular and there to be more available over the central and west side, which might mean lower entry level prices. The lowest investment I could see was $310 a week for myself. As a single parent, I'd love cheaper options, perhaps over a 3-year period. Contributing weekly towards the deposit for a year after locking in a property off the plan is a great idea, though. I'd love to know the requirements before applying, too.
