Cora is a clinician-guided platform that helps you continue the work of therapy between sessions through personalized practices, structured check-ins, reminders, and progress tracking.

For Therapists:
Cora extends your treatment plan into the days between sessions. You choose the practices, you set the cadence, and you can see how things have been going before your client walks in. Cora never leads the work and never grades it. It keeps your care present throughout your client's week and gives you a clearer place to start from.

Set-up, plan changes, and progress monitoring happen in the Cora therapist dashboard on the web, on secure, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.

For Clients:
Your therapist suggests a set of practices based on the goals you identified together. Cora keeps that plan with you between sessions: short breathing and grounding practices, guided reflections, and a weekly check-in that takes about a minute.

You can explore the practices at your own pace, note what you notice, and bring it to your next session. Reminders are optional, and you decide when they arrive.

Cora is not your therapist and is not an emergency service. Cora does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you need urgent help, follow the emergency instructions you agreed with your clinician or contact your local emergency services.
