品牌創立人Ariel今年47歲，是空中瑜伽有限公司和Core Yoga的負責人。曾是外商海尼根啤酒的專業行銷經理，多年的職場經營，在一次商場鬥爭中，選擇了中年轉業，用身體的力量練習心，靠自己再站起來。 Ariel赴紐約學習空中瑜伽，建立中文化系統，並在台灣&中國進行師資培訓。她深信 : 活在當下，從身體的改變，看見運動的好。從心的堅定，發現人生向上的力量。當挫折把妳向下拉時，只有自己，能找到方向和力量，再次看見光芒。成立Core Yoga 瑜伽會館，讓都市人重拾活在當下的專注，用多元化專業分級制的課程，培養運動的毅力。快樂健康的正能量，是面對人生最好的態度。

台灣最美的瑜伽會館，Core Yoga是城市最美的綠天堂，心中最美的烏托邦。位於台中國家美術館綠園道區，落地窗外的綠意，亞洲獨家核心藝術的鋼管教室，紐約引進空中瑜伽，懸吊系統，遠紅外線地熱設備，來到Core Yoga，像在世外桃源進行身心靈洗滌。
