★★☆☆☆ Their app doesn't work, and the employees are rude and unhelpful. The app looks and feels cheap like a cross-platform app. For the last 2 months it has stopped working. I still had quiet a bit of money on my account, so I had to talk to employees at the laundrymat to charge my account each time. This would have been alright but almost each time I tried to use the money on my account I was told I didn't know how to use the app.
