Better Than Anticipated compared to similar apps. Easy to use. No time-outs, np page error, useful features and they work. Kudos to the development team that created and maintain this app. Available equity, ability to pay additional principal and escrow during the online payment process is brilliant! Other banks I have used may have had a version of these features but not to the extent and reliability. They only wish theirs worked as smoothly.

You changed over my established account to Dallas starting the August 1, effective August 5. I eventually had to complete this process of re-registering via the internet on your website because your app does not work. I couldn't even sign into your app after registering online.

Doesn't support password manager autofill and doesn't support passkeys, frustrating to manually enter long random passwords every time it mandates we change our passwords

I don't know if it's because my account has a past due balance, but it won't let me change the amount, I wanted to pay, or split the payment.

The app started out fine but has slowly deteriorated with each update. Recently it no longer allows pasting of passwords in the login screen which prevents the use of password managers and encourages people to use weaker passwords. It has an option for biometric login, but it is toggled off automatically each time you close the app rendering the features useless.
