App seems OK, but why such a stupid name? "Mortgage Questions"? PHH just took over my loan and in the documents sent it says there is an app, but it doesn't give the name and the image are wrong. Hopefully with the new name the word "Questions" will be removed, so it is more of an industry norm and doesn't look like a weird sidecar app for customer service.

They have my account about as screwed up as it can be. Overcharging, saying payments are late when they are not. Charging late fees with no way to pay them, then interest on those. HORRIBLE COMPANY that purchased my loan with no ok.

Since they switched over I can't login anymore, and it tells me I have to call but no one answers. IDK why companies have to mess with things that aren't broken. The last few months the payment button also wasn't there for me to make payments on the app if have to go through a browser, or it would say my banking information wasn't valid even though it absolutely was. This app is being run to the ground.

This is the company I'm using to handle my mortgage. There is some absolute shenanigans going on. I have to change my password LITERALLY every time I log on. It's frustrating for me and my wife to manage this since the password is changing constantly. IDK what is going on, but we hate it and would feel safer giving our money to some guy under a bridge monthly than this.
