They have my account about as screwed up as it can be. Overcharging, saying payments are late when they are not. Charging late fees with no way to pay them, then interest on those. HORRIBLE COMPANY that purchased my loan with no ok.

Since they switched over I can't login anymore, and it tells me I have to call but no one answers. IDK why companies have to mess with things that aren't broken. The last few months the payment button also wasn't there for me to make payments on the app if have to go through a browser, or it would say my banking information wasn't valid even though it absolutely was. This app is being run to the ground.

App is pretty bad and website was no different, wouldn't let me make my mortgage payment, due on 1Nov, until 7Nov. Their customer service was no help and couldn't understand why I couldn't make the payment. Need some serious fixes to their app and web pay systems.
