Not user-friendly. The interface does not provide step-by-step directions. Some passwords reach requirements but will still not be admitted even though the app says it's good.

App consistently glitches. Fingerprint sign in bugs. Occasionally, the online services just don't work.

Very disappointed in the way you can't change a phone number. Plus if you call service you can't get the help you need. I understand they are trying to protect you, but that's making harder for a senior. As much as I like paying my payment online I will be going back to paying by check.
