Biometrics access approval lasts like 2 weeks. So frustrating... Why would I need to visit this app more than once a month? Pretty pointless if you send me to the website every time to log in.

This app has become progressively worse after multiple updates. Instead of improving the experience, each update seems to create new problems. After multiple one-time passcodes and repeated login attempts, I still can’t access my account. For an app people rely on to manage something as important as their mortgage, reliability should be the priority. Login is frustrating, navigation is cumbersome, and basic tasks just take me to the website that never ceases to continuously load. Terrible app.

This latest update caused the app to not work properly. I've had no problem until the update on 5/22. Now app is either saying my login is wrong or it can't find my loan. FIX THIS PLEASE!

Login fails constantly. Every month I have the same login issues. I enter my credentials it asks to text or email me a code, the text option has never worked once. Checked my info everything is correct. Then I. hoose email instead. I receive the code and put it in and then the app crashes. Every time. If either have to call or use the website to make a payment
