⭐ 1 Star The website and login process have always been frustrating, but the app was finally starting to improve. Then came the updates. Just when it seemed things were getting better, the latest changes made the experience worse. Logging in is still overly complicated, navigation is less intuitive, and simple tasks take longer than they should. Managing a mortgage should be easy. Please focus on reliability and a smoother login experience instead of fixing what wasn't broken.

Can't even get past the first gate because "You need a loan number!" Never got one...so tried to call support about it. They had no answer. To hell with it. Shouldn't be this complicated to finish what I started.
