I received notification that my loan was sold to Unity. They sent me a notification with my new loan number, and their website is so easy to navigate and set up my information, and make payments. I wish all sites were this user-friendly.

AVOID at all costs. Company preys on customer having any issues with their mortgage. They wait for customers to have problems or errors in billing and then strings out resolutions until the customer defaults during the process. Check google reviews on PHH mortgage. Same company, just rebranded to run from there laundry list of horror stories. Run away from this app and company, they are demons.

I am enrolled in Flex Pay, so my mortgage payment is split into two payments per month that are automatically taken out of my checking account. Every year when there is an escrow analysis, my flex payment changes, however, Unity Mortgage does not recognize this, and they proceed to take the old flex pay amounts out. When you call them, they say they will fix it, but they don't. This has happened for 2 years now! I have since canceled my Flex Pay because I can no longer count on what they say.

It's next to impossible to get the make a payment box to appear on the website or the app. I've spent up to half an hour going between the app and website to be able to pay. This time the app let me do it. My guess is that they do it on purpose, so you choose Auto-pay. Please be kind. Not everyone can use autopay. Transfer rates and payments can be unpredictable. Please fix this. Thank you.
