Figured I'd update my review, as the app has been working pretty good for a couple of years now! One feedback is it's hard to figure out where to go and how to make a transfer to another member. I went straight to the computer, and even there was difficult to find. It was also difficult due to needing to know the exact member number, but the format's changed over the years, and it wasn't clear what the *exact* member number was for the account I was trying to transfer to.

Banks in Wilmington NC are hostile. Corning Credit Union is not a bank. CCU is friendly, customer oriented, and professional. They know me on a first name basis. I am happy to conduct my business with them. Once again, five stars, or more.

What happened to the 4 digit pin code for login? This app was super easy to use before. Now I have to put my whole password in every time and verify my phone with a code sent to my phone and give my phone a name. There's no option to change it back to a pin code. Apps are supposed to make things easier. If I'm going to have to jump through hoops every time I want to look at my account, I might as well delete the app and use the website.

An unfriendly and useless mobile banking app for 2025. Initially, I wasn't even able to use the mobile deposit feature at all, as I kept getting a notice that access to this feature was denied and that I did not have "permission". Ok? Then. After everything it took to get this fixed, I find out it has a mobile deposit limit of $500. 😒 An average 40-hour paycheck in 2025 is more than $500. How is this even functional? Worthless in this economy. Other banks don't set such low limits. Why CCU?
