The teachers are good, but the people managing the class Up are the worst people you want to deal with. They never pick up the phone. No way to reach them. I can't sign up with them again. I hope you all don't waste your money on class Up.

I've had 2 classes, but the teacher is not capaciated enough to teach my daughter and help her. My daughter has been super frustrated I've had asked and called for a different teacher, but I haven't gotten any type if information back. I am still getting charged. I feel like they stole my money because my daughter isn't getting the help she needs

They are very unresponsive. I have been asking change teacher but no response for several weeks for now. I have also requested to cancel membership but no response from them. I am being charged for nothing and not sure how to cancel it.
