We are very happy with our Cosmo Jr Track 5 watch and the Mission Control app. I love being able to monitor my children whereabouts via GPS, set focus/school modes, control the approved contacts, and enable/disable kid-friendly apps. We compared all the different GPS watches on the market and found this to best fit our needs without over-paying for "top" cellular service brands.

Don't consider this watch or company. This service does not track well at all. The watch charging is awful. Customer Service, non-existent. Very, very disappointed.

I had a terrible experience. It took me 3 months of emailing back and forth trying to cancel My account while they were still charging me. I had to make a phone call to cancel my account. There was no button to cancel. The customer service kept trying to fix things I didn't want fixed. Awful experience, awful company. Watch quality was not good, couldn't always see exact location, delayed updates on my child's location

Please be warned, this is worse to cancel than a gym membership. My kids did not enjoy the service and never utilized it.

Watches are the best, app might actually be the worst. The core feature, tracking, works, which is key. However, Safe Zones address entry is broken, entering into the Contacts area crashes the app (my kids are unable to have any friends on their watches), the messages area to set up group chat also crashes so that feature is also broken. The kids do miss the larger (scrolling) keyboard from the Sync Up. Leaving the unmodified Android keyboard to shrink down to the watch size was not a good choice.
