We are loving both the Cosmo Jr 5 watch and the app. Very easy to track your kid's location and one of the most useful bits for us has been the possibility to lock the watch for the school hours. Our kid's school just implemented a rule banning smartwatches, but if it is locked during the day, children can wear it as watch still. Well done!

Don't buy a Cosmo watch/product. The tracking feature and call features do not work 75% of the time rendering the product useless except for telling time. Our neighborhood has excellent cell service and reception, yet the watch can't be tracked or a call can't be placed once the watch is outside Wi-Fi range. The whole point of the product is to have peace of mind and be able to see or reach your kid, and it doesn't deliver on any of it.

Please be warned, this is worse to cancel than a gym membership. My kids did not enjoy the service and never utilized it.

I had a terrible experience. It took me 3 months of emailing back and forth trying to cancel My account while they were still charging me. I had to make a phone call to cancel my account. There was no button to cancel. The customer service kept trying to fix things I didn't want fixed. Awful experience, awful company. Watch quality was not good, couldn't always see exact location, delayed updates on my child's location

We've owned our COSMO watches since Dec. 2025, and it's been nothing but problems. GPS is unreliable, texts fail, and it constantly needs restarting. Customer service takes days to respond, if at all, with no real escalation. We bought this for our child's safety and peace of mind, but it's caused frustration instead. The new app rollout is a mess too, I lost all contacts because there's no cloud backup. Save your money!! UNRELIABLE!
