The all is good. The call quality when the watch is out of the home Wi-Fi isn't the best. Other than that the messages and the voice messages work well. The school mode has a work around as well that the kids can bypass. Love th watch and the app other than that. I wish it gave us more health stats like sleep stats and also heart rate and so on. But it works well and is functional for kids. The watchibestie is a hit

I've had my daughter wear it outside multiple times, and it will not deliver any message and has not shown her location. Am I doing something wrong ? I sync and paired it prior to her leaving and as soon as she leaves the door it doesn't show her location. I even try to live track her, and it won't work.

Live track and calls never work, so basically you get a simple cheap watch for your kid to look at. I am in an open park with 5G connection on my phone and the watches have no signal. Don't buy a bounce watch, it does not work.

Most of the time okay... but there are times the location is off. Example: he went to school this morning. I know he made it to school, but the app tells me randomly he's several blocks away. This is not a one time thing. I thought this would delay getting my 10 yr old a phone but im thinking ill just get one and remove everything but phone text and gps just to have reliable gps. School mode should have the ability to customize days for weekly early release, so we can still contact.
