Great option for kids, calling can be a bit better but often times hanging up and recalling the watch works very well. Love this app and watch!

The all is good. The call quality when the watch is out of the home Wi-Fi isn't the best. Other than that the messages and the voice messages work well. The school mode has a work around as well that the kids can bypass. Love th watch and the app other than that. I wish it gave us more health stats like sleep stats and also heart rate and so on. But it works well and is functional for kids. The watchibestie is a hit

The watch will often tell me that my daughter is several blocks away when I know she's at school, or I know she's at home. The location doesn't work well all the time but when it does work it's good. Recently she can't send a text message for a receipt and send them, but she's not getting them the school do not disturb time frame is not on, so it doesn't make sense

Auto deleted chores, I had it set up with daily chores, and she loved that feature to remind her, but yesterday it just randomly glitched on my phone and deleted all her record of chores and history. Now I can't add any chores again it just makes the app crash. What the heck

Live track and calls never work, so basically you get a simple cheap watch for your kid to look at. I am in an open park with 5G connection on my phone and the watches have no signal. Don't buy a bounce watch, it does not work.
