I absolutely love this watch as it allows for tracking and connectivity with my child. She can message me vice versa, and it also allows me to set chores and see her daily activity. Excellent product

Brilliant motivator for exercise and positive behavior. It has the core functionality of collating activity, steps and sleep from a compatible Garmin device. It also has a chores tick list that can be used as a reward chart. There's a basic adventure game that kids can earn game time on. My daughter hasn't even fully made the connection between accruing activity and steps and getting game time, she just loves getting more steps and activity than everyone else. Just missing a watch finder.

I love it. I can track my son, I can talk to him, and I can give him chores and reward it when done. It is a great app to go with the watch for young kids.

The tracking is terrible. Any time I want to check my son's location - it takes some time then says "location can't be updated". It works ok with messages and that's it.

Bought my daughter the Bounce 2 and have been unable to access the app to communicate. Every time I sign onto the Jnr App, it signs me straight out. I've reinstalled the app numerous times. I have a brand new S25, latest update. The app is absolute trash. Garbage from Garmin. A useless watch now that is unable to communicate with anyone.

Disappointed is the least I could say. We got this device as it promises to give an accurate location of the person wearing it. As it is not a GPS watch, let's forget the accuracy. But at least it should give its whereabouts when you refresh the location. Most of the time it doesn't and keeps popping the same error message. Will have to return this as it does not serve its main purpose. I would expect much better for a Garmin device.

The app does not allow extracting a sport activity GPS trace into a file. Bounce 2 is an expensive GPS watch. I don't think there are any GPS watch nowdays that does not offer this. Maybe it was the case in 1999. Very disappointing. So if you want your kid to do outdoor sport safely, yoi have to buy him the expensive Bounce 2 for live tracking and messaging (safety) AND a second watch to capture the GPS trace and analyze offline. Big regression.
