A brilliant app that I have used multiple times per day for around 6 years. It lets me track all sorts of health metrics using data from my watch (previously a Garmin Fenix 6X, them 7X Solar, now a Garmin Enduro 3). I monitor sleep information, plus a huge range of data from hikes and bike rides. Fantastic way to keep an eye on and maintain my health 👍😎

I am impressed with the Garmin Smartwatch experience. Love my Vivoactive4 and apps are good. Just need to find a decent kayaking app to record my paddling expeditions! Updated August 2026 I replaced my Vivoactive4 late 2025 with an Epix Pro 2 in 47 mm. It was under £400. What I like: 1. The battery life is far better. 2. It has a kayaking activity. 3 The screen is brighter. 4. More standard watch faces, 5. Torch I prefer the always on MIPS display on the Vivoactive4 and the appearance of it.

Slow updates. Watch gets stuck after updates and drains 100% within 1 day. Garmin watch faces a joke

After the latest update the app doesn't work. On launch, it asks for agreement with the new EULA and then gets stuck on a loading screen.

The IQ store is the app where you download Garmin apps for your device. If you read the reviews you realize most people are reviewing plain Connect which is where you see your individual watch metrics and not this app. The IQ store is functional but let's be clear the selection of software for Garmin is horrendous. UI language can be described as functional archaic
