Very Happy I use this app with my Edge 25 cycling computer and my Vivosmart, it is the only such app I have used but nonetheless I am pleased with its features. The Vivosmart lost Bluetooth connection a few times initially, but it's fine now. I have a feeling it was due to my watch being in "do not disturb" mode. Edit: 10 years later and I'm still using the Garmin Connect App. I have never had a problem with the app.

Takes a bit to get it to run the way you need it, but overall it's solid. But it can be a harsh mistress at times for sure

I've had Garmin Connect for about 7 years now, and mostly it's been excellent. The new version I used with my Fenix 7S still is, but the expanded Sleep Score part is little better than nonsense. A generalization bearing little resemblance to how I actually sleep, or feel the next day. Apparently I have been constantly tired, lacking creativity, and irritable for years! My other criticism is that recorded exercise transfers fine to Strata, but manually entered ones don't.

Garmin Connect is the girlfriend who's never happy with you. Sleep 8 hours? You need more. Work out? You need recovery. Feel great? Your numbers say otherwise. Eventually you stop listening to your body and start asking Garmin for permission to feel good. It's the HAL 9000 of our age: “I'm sorry, Mike. Your HRV is low. I can't let you do that.” Useful data, but the relentless scoring turns health tracking into health anxiety.

App fails to run since last update. Gets stuck on intro screen. Only way to get in is to force quit and restart the app or power cycle the phone.
