I really enjoy the Garmin Connect App. I weight lift 5-6 times a week and run on average 4 days a week. So many features to use with just a little bit of a learning curve when starting. The custom workouts I plan when weightlifting take some getting used too but after 2-3 sessions it is easy to navigate. Running analytics are fantastic and every workout syncs fast. I like Connect better than Strata personally and It's gets better the more you personalize it.

I bought my Garmin Forerunner 30 11+ years ago, and it's still going strong! I'm 70 now and retired, but it still lets me know my sleep patterns and tracks my steps. I've had a few issues with changing phones and not tracking, but customer service has helped me resolve those issues every time.

Love my garmin watch. The app is not good for tracking stairs or spin bike, but everything else is pretty good. Helps me keep my goals in mind and my progress on track.

Cool but hard to navigate. Missing a bunch of common exercises. UI is bad as editing exercises afterward is tedious and frustrating. There is a ton of info between the watch and the app, but finding things can be difficult. An example is max heart rate and heart rate zones. My watch has it under settings>heart rate> heart rate and power. Instead of being under the heart rate settings on the app, it's under your device profile. Now try to find the 1 rep max screen on this app. It exists.

6//26/26 - The latest update does not allow me to add exercises, reps, time to a workout. That feature simply disappeared. Please fix ASAP. This just happens again with the latest update - please fix. This has happened with previous updates.

June 2026 update causes watch to not sync. I've used this for several years and this is the first time I have issues. Pixel 9, forerunner 920xt.

I've tried to reload the Garmin Connect app because it just stopped working!!! It used to be brilliant, but now it just doesn't work???? !!!!
