Excellent app for syncing health and fitness apps. If your health apps don't sync directly with each other, this app acts as a bridge by transferring data between them, keeping everything up to date.

Samsung S25 Ultra. Cannot sync from Garmin to Samsung Health. Already done the battery settings, but still error to sync

The data that it syncs isn't accurate. One day it was well over 5k more steps than I took, and manually syncing didn't help. It's almost always off by about 500 steps. Set up is a pain. I wasn't aware that it was a subscription/one time fee app. I feel like that should be put at the top of the description instead of the bottom. The one time fee price is fair, but this just isn't useful enough for me to pay for. The UI could be upgraded as well.

I downloaded Health Sync after having issues between Samsung Health and Strata not syncing. The free trial period was fine with no problems, but since I have paid for the app. It is not working. How do I get a refund?

Overall very disappointed. Trying to sync Samsung Health to Google Health. While daily syncs and the default last 7 days of history work okay, longer historical syncs fail completely. A notification appeared for the deep history sync, but it just stalled and nothing moved. I went through all the help pages, reinstalled the app, and spent a couple of hours troubleshooting before admitting failure. Have now uninstalled and requested a full refund. Will look for an alternative.
