Tonal Tinnitus Therapy

★★★★★ I have had tinnitus for a good few years now, and my ENT advised me to try some apps to see if they would help. This was about the 4th or 5th one I tried and -instantly- I felt relief. When I turn on the therapy tones, it's like taking a Xanax - the tension from my tinnitus slips away. And after 30 minutes or so, I have a blissful few minutes of silence. I cannot recommend this enough - it has literally changed my life.

★★★★★ Mind-blowing app!!! Wonderful in its complexity and treatment of this debilitating problem. My tinnitus frequency is 10710 Hz. These apps use of my frequency combined with alternative tones based on my frequency and the ability to choose if and what your masking sound (I chose rain) is really incredible! I'm really looking forward to using this app for more time.

★★★★★ Since my tinnitus is bilateral, it would be nice if syncing the left and right volume was possible. Otherwise, I appreciate this app for its simplicity and options.

★★☆☆☆ Two big problems, 1 smaller. 1) Trial time cut short for inadequate reason. I installed it and looked only at the very first splash screen, hoping to see how much it cost (It didn't say). I didn't even tap Show the Tutorial, Show Instructions (Information?), or Not Now. I just turned off the phone. 4 days later when I had time to use it, I started, and it said I had only 3 days left in the trial I never used it, never even set it up. 2) Couldn't figure out what freq. Is my tone. No suggestions how to do this. I don't have perfect pitch, not even close. I'm sure using the wrong tone will make my hearing worse, although it doesn't say what happens if you run it for 4 hours/day with the wrong pitch. 3) Inadequate instructions. Thinking I was supposed to set the 4 frequencies. I messed up volume of 4 tones, couldn't get them back to original without uninstalling app. Now they probably think I'm trying to get my full week back.

★★☆☆☆ The combined tinnitus and therapy tones mode does not work. And the timer does not work. Update: no response from support one month later and app still broken.
