Five days done, and I really appreciate the supportive, understanding approach of My Pattern. Today's "S sound" was nearly identical to the tinnitus I hear all the time. (Mine doesn't pulse or vibrate.) I'm quite hopeful for improvement in the days and weeks ahead!

Very early stage, but it has brought temporary relief by toning down the sound. I've had tinnitus for probably 35 years or so - I don't know for sure. I'm used to it, but I would be glad to minimize or eliminate it! Time will tell.

After you work out what frequency you require it's just going through a choice of different sounds of therapy to get your brain used to different sounds at around that frequency

Went through setup to select the sound most like what I hear as instructed, but there's no way to get past that, then it keeps making the sound even when closed. Had to force close and now uninstalling.

The app is terrible, but the science has potential. I'm very disappointed that this app is so inconsistent. I've submitted bug reports per bot Milo & it takes days & they say it's supposed to be that way. Now it's not playing most of the recordings at all. It's sad bc I was learning a lot & feeling some relief & I think others could benefit. Please hire a few actual humans to debug and code! I sincerely hope I'll be able to update my review to 5 stars but while it's full price, skip it!

Lot of good concepts and sections but the sounds kept stopping during my 3-day trial. Like when I turned my screen off, or got a text. New app needs tweaking I may get it in the future if issues fixed.
