Does exactly what it needs to do. Pay is for automatic exporting but manual works just fine. So far exports to Google Sheets have worked flawlessly. Note that you do have to let it create the sheet first to have it format properly - you can't just choose an existing sheet. My only ask would be that the special high frequency data have an option to use an average or a single data point. Especially blood pressure which may be discrete daily records rather than large, high frequency data loads.

Amazing app, reported bug and fixed the next day I couldn't find any other app like this. Still haven't figured out auto sync as it never seems to actually fire on my s23 ultra even with battery optimization set to unrestricted and all permissions allowed. Might just be a Samsung thing, so I can't really judge the app based on that and the manual export is working amazing. I don't know why health export doesn't have this built in.

Doesn't seem to work. I was unable to export beyond the past four months.

Does not export heart rate measurements. Only min max and average. Kinda useless
