Description
FatigueSense helps you understand your energy and pace your days, so you can do more of what matters with less risk of crashing.
Built by digital health researchers, FatigueSense links data from your wearable with quick daily check-ins to show how your activity, recovery, and fatigue relate over time. It is designed with and for people living with persistent fatigue — ME/CFS, long COVID, fibromyalgia, cancer-related fatigue, and other long-term conditions.
What you can do • See your daily energy budget and how much you have left • Get an early warning when you may be heading toward post-exertional malaise (PEM) • Track strain, recovery, HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep in one place • Plan activities that fit within your personal energy envelope • Log crashes and check-ins so the app learns your individual patterns • Connect a wearable, or use manual daily entry .
Works with your wearable Apple Watch, Oura, Garmin, WHOOP, Polar, Withings, Fitbit, Google Pixel Watch, and more.
An honest, research-led approach FatigueSense is assistive and statistical. Its outputs are there to complement your own judgment — they do not diagnose or treat any condition, and they are not validated for every diagnosis. Fatigue is not one thing, and the app does not assume all conditions behave the same way. You always know your body best.
FatigueSense is free and grew out of doctoral research in digital health and is currently in active beta. We’re continuously refining features and performance, so you may occasionally experience minor issues. Your feedback helps us improve the app, and we regularly release updates to make FatigueSense even better.

Fantastic app. I've been using it over a month now and as soon as it's done learning my initial data(I set it to one month for better learning), it's been incredibly helpful and accurate especially for managing my energy. It's a must-have for every person with ME/CFS, long covid or any other energy limiting illness. Don't hesitate to download it.

Struggling a little marking fatigue/energy etc. scores as I don't know what to base them on. Been ill a long time. Otherwise, good work x

This had been the most helpful thing for me. 20+ years with fibro and I didn't realize how much post exertional malaise I deal with until I downloaded this app. Learning pacing is so valuable.

WARNING This app is in early development and made severe miscalculations assuming fatigue is caused by mood and depression instead of the mood change being the result of fatigue. It seems to be a very promising app deserving a lot of stars but for this reason I have to give it one star right now as it is a very, very serious defect that can cause great harm. It was reported to the team, but they have not confirmed this to be fixed. Please be warned.

The app is very steps focussed. It gives you an allocation of steps and tells you that if you exceed this then you are supposed to do nothing for the rest of the day. There is no such restriction on other exhausting activities.

I tried this as an alternative to Visible, but it didn't work out for me. The main thing I find useful with Visible is seeing my current heart rate/activity level quickly in the notifications area of my phone, which I don't believe is an option with this app. I also found the app itself overwhelming and confusing
