Buggy-ness or not, I love this app. Unlike others, I've not used it for much fitness tracking but to manage my ADHD and normally crippling menstrual cycles. In less than 2 months, the coaching is more tailored to my executive dysfunction and has noticeably raised my focused work time. It advises me on handling distractions & to get to bed on time or what to do the next day if I haven't listened. A friend with chronic illness suggested it to me, so it has more to offer besides workout metrics!

Fix the wonky step counting for 5 stars. I walk the exact same path multiple times daily. Each time the step count will vary between 200 and 400 steps. Example, 2,800 steps v. 3,200 steps. In contrast, my Fitbit step counts are within 100 steps each walks. Makes me consider the Fitbit Air

Very inaccurate tracking and frequent synchronization issues I’m quite disappointed with the OP app. The activity and health tracking is frequently inaccurate. While I’m driving, the app sometimes records the activity as yoga or exercise, which makes the activity data unreliable. The sleep tracking is also inaccurate. For example, if I actually sleep at around 12 AM, the app may record my sleep as starting at 11 PM. Sleep duration is sometimes overstated, and naps are not detected or recorded

Bought with a year's subscription included — but there's a dark pattern here. To use the device, you have to hand over card details, so they can auto-charge you £350 in a year's time unless you remember to cancel. That's backwards: the burden should be on them to earn my renewal, not on me to remember to stop the charge. Also, — no PayPal option, card only, which makes the auto-charge feel even more deliberate.

I need real human support to cancel my subscription. Its insane I barely used my whoop last year and I forgot to cancel the subscription they automatically debited me, and I am not even entitled for a refund (17 days after getting automatically debited). I expected more from such a respected app.
