I've never heard of this product. I was gifted this device for my birthday and I absolutely love it. The battery life is amazing, and I love how it tracks my sleep, recovery, strain, stress and body temp, it helps keep me accountable and informed of what's happening withIN me. The more I use this the more I believe it can benefit from improvement. 1) It would be nice to have access to our dashboard while still recording our activity. I can't list any more bc ive ran out of characters for this review

Inaccurate & should do better research on women, I replaced the 1st whoop as big difference in counting steps, sleeping time & quality, and detecting me was taking a nap while I was having dinner with my family. The replacement doesn't seem to work well with me also. The app has no function for the women to switch between taking birth control pills and not. When you off the birth control pills, the past data all changed to off birth control pills. And birth control pills have 21 pills & 24 pills

Relax practice not work without network connection, whoop simultaneously disconnected from app, activity auto-detection worx bad, stupid time input interface when filling out the journal — it's impossible to get to the right time (previous review magically deleted from store)
2026-07-20: wow! App has learned how to separate walking from training!! Maybe one day the app will learn how to read activities and automatically fill the journal.
