Wellness Project connects your training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, labs, and body composition, then gives you eight AI specialists who read your real data and tell you exactly what to do next, not generic advice.

Connect Fitbit, Oura, Apple Health, or Health Connect and steps, sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, and now nutrition (calories, protein, carbs, fat, and even alcoholic drinks from Apple Health) flow in automatically. Log your own workouts and meals on top, and every coach sees the full picture, what you ate, how you slept, how you trained, connected the way your body actually works as one system.

What you get:
- Training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, body metrics, labs, supplements, injuries, and wellbeing tracked in one app
- Eight specialist AI advisors, strength, nutrition, longevity, biohacking, hypertrophy, running, protocol design, and injury, who read your real data and give specific guidance, not generic plans
- Nutrition and workouts sync in automatically from Apple Health, Health Connect, and Fitbit on days you do not log them yourself, your in-app log always wins
- Works inside ChatGPT and Claude too, so you can log a workout or ask your coaches a question without opening the app
- Chat-based logging: describe a meal or workout in plain language and it shows up in your log
- Photo meal scan: pick photos from your camera roll and the app finds meals to log in one tap
- A daily Fit Score that combines training, recovery, sleep, and nutrition into a single number
- Friend challenges and streaks to keep you consistent
- Available in 20 languages
- Biometric lock keeps your health data private even when your phone is unlocked

This is the fitness app we’ve all been waiting for! No more copy-and-pasting data into AI, uploading new information, and asking the same questions repeatedly. Everything is tracked in one place, and the AI actually understands your fitness journey. The fitness coach can review your workouts while the nutritionist uses that information to recommend better meals and protein intake. It feels less like a fitness tracker and more like having a team of AI coaches who know your goals and progress.

Super impressed with this. Real time metrics tied through health connect and my wearable. The AI is remarkable, offering constant advice and recommendations. The web version provides excellent progress charts and stats, as does the android version. You can also tie this to Claude desktop which is cool. Seriously going to join the founders plan.
