I also have the Visible Band and the Paid Subscription. I highly recommend the Visible Band for anyone wanting to take control of their chronic illness. I love the ability to track my symptoms. But more importantly, I love how the app provides hourly feedback on how I am using the daily energy I have. It predicts when I may crash. I have been able to plan for a crash day! How is different from other Health Devices (which I have tried) - it helps me slow down, allows me to be kinder to myself.

I liked the app and the wristband a lot until the last update. I've had several issues with the band randomly disconnecting and now the app doesn't calculate my pace points like it used to. I paid for the yearly subscription and chose this over a competitor product because it focuses on managing my fibromyalgia, but I don't understand how the last update could reduce the amount of pace points I use every day so much. I know I'm using more than 5 pace points on a normal day.

Avoid this product, I fully regret buying this and taking out a subscription. Data from the device to the app takes far too long, so there is no real time data. Provides no real insight to how to manage my conditions I cannot see the point in it. I've had bad experiences with the customer service people regarding a damaged band that they say was new but fell apart a month in.

Kinda useless if you don't have a typical, able-bodied sleep schedule. The app asks you to do a morning check in and an evening check in, but it won't let you input your "morning" information if it's nighttime. I don't really have a sleep schedule, so this is pretty troublesome.

Great idea in theory but the wearable tech is an inconvenient hard no. Unfortunately they do not allow options for importing data from your existing device and insist on a bulky upper arm wearable. Just....no.
