I have M. E/CFS and fibromyalgia, the visible band is amazing, and I would highly recommend it to anyone with a chronic illness. It has helped me with pacing and understanding my limits to prevent me from crashing. There's just something about being able to see where you are overdoing it and what triggers a crash that makes me stop and rest and make better choices. I wish I knew about visible years ago. I find it easy to use even with brain fog. It's reliable, and I have had no issues so far.

Currently using the free version and the experience is seamless and already helpful just a few days in. I plan to get the Visible band, and I'm excited to have it as a tool for tracking my symptoms and energy, and how I can use it to pace myself and hopefully lessen my symptoms' day to day.

A review from 3 years ago mentions the fact that the HRV check burns your finger on some devices (mine is a Samsung Galaxy A71), and they said they were working on a fix. If you can't make your app not burn fingers after 3 years that's worth a warning in the app! Negligence.

Avoid this product, I fully regret buying this and taking out a subscription. Data from the device to the app takes far too long, so there is no real time data. Provides no real insight to how to manage my conditions I cannot see the point in it. I've had bad experiences with the customer service people regarding a damaged band that they say was new but fell apart a month in.
