Edit to previous review Have to say the app is back to being great and customer service was brilliant. After raising the battery issue a new app update was released the next week fixing the problem. It is a great app that lets you keep all health informed in one place and set targets to achieve. The interaction with multiple products is great (I use scan watch, scales and BP monitor) And allows for a nice display of historical info love your products and am happy I can use the app again

I bought the Body Scan thinking it would provide better body composition data than a body composition scale. I'm so disappointed and angry with this app. It doesn't show data that's advertised including intra and extracellular water or a breakdown of lean mass. It's useless only separating lean mass and fat mass. I regret paying so much for a product that the app can't support with better detailed metrics.

Updated/Replaced December 2024. App is a battery hog. I've noted my phone draining quickly and put it down to battery just getting old. But since the December OS update, it's draining 3 times a day instead of 2. So looked at what it was.... Withings....with over 90% of the usage and sometimes over 100 confusingly. Tried reset, no difference. Have now uninstalled and find my battery lasts all day with ease. Eg, currently 5.30pm and still 50% left (from 80% overnight charge).

Found useful and well-designed. I use it with my Scan watch, my scales (body+) and my BP Connect Monitor. All Withing. I am happy with them all their integration with the Health Mate app. After my scan watch died after about 3 years I 'upgraded?' to Scan watch 2. I wish I had gone with something else e.g. google watch 3 etc. No longer works seamlessly with Google fit. I have a sleep analyzer mat and the data from that and my watch never match.
