I have been extremely satisfied with withing devices. No other company has such a variety. What the app lacks is representation of all data. I think there is great potential in how the metrics are viewed but the app is basic. Month view in any metrics is useless. I get that graph view might not be useful in some scenarios but let the user decide that. Give options or make advance web app where you can dive-in/compare. Also badges seem to be made for new customers, not long term users.

One suggestion my sleep monitor identified apnea so I got a cpap machine and now withing says the apnea read is invalid. But it gives no way to tell the app you're using cpap and to disregard the results. Ideally u can set withing to ignore its apnea reading and provide the cpap machine reading manually. Also I would suggest if the body scanner gives direct fat to muscle ratio and bmi is designed to approximate the ratio then withing shouldn't wieght bmi as an input but used the actual value

Very disappointed with Samsung integration - had to break my head to sync weight with Samsung Health alone, no hope for fat/muscle. Bought this scale for Samsung integration that is lacking. Support articles on the matter are outdated and cycle you through nonexistent app tabs endlessly. Probably will return the scale.

This app fails to sync with Health Connect regularly. Sometimes, uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app fixes it for a few days, but for the last two months, data is NOT syncing to Health Connect, despite showing up in the Withing app and web dashboard. Support has been unhelpful and does not have a solution.
